Four ways we can help
Scope and quotation are agreed after understanding your needs. Public initial observations do not include a full audit or implementation.
Repair, rebuild or maintain
Repair the existing website
For a site whose content and functions still meet your needs.
- Deliverables
- Investigate agreed issues, repair confirmed problems and preserve usable content and settings.
- Completion checks
- Check affected pages, forms and relevant functions; document completed work and unresolved items.
- Scope and follow-up
- Extra development, third-party licences and ongoing maintenance require separate agreement. Follow-up is stated in the quote.
Rebuild on a secure foundation
For a difficult-to-maintain system or a site already due for redesign.
- Deliverables
- Prepare a clean environment, review content to migrate, map URLs and plan backup and release.
- Completion checks
- Check data, key functions and redirects before the agreed release. A visual redesign alone is not security remediation.
- Scope and follow-up
- Copywriting, branding, email migration and extra integrations need a separate scope. Follow-up is agreed in writing.
Maintenance after repair
For organisations that need ongoing ownership of updates, backups and issue follow-up.
- Deliverables
- Schedule updates, backup checks and maintenance records at an agreed frequency, with clear responsibilities.
- Completion checks
- Use completion records and appropriate restore tests to verify work and record remaining risks.
- Scope and follow-up
- Major incidents, urgent work and new features are not automatically included. Frequency and support availability are agreed individually.
A written scope and quotation will be provided before paid repair begins. No fixed price or guaranteed completion time is assumed.
