VERIFIED PUBLIC OBSERVATIONS

From a finding.
To a next step.

Two anonymised observations from normal public browsing on 2 October 2026 (Hong Kong time). These are observation records, not client testimonials or completed repair projects.

01 / EDUCATION WEBSITE

An educational article category contained unrelated gambling content

Read observation
Observed
A publicly accessible article retained the education website’s navigation and footer, but its body promoted gambling registration and payments. Related article links showed similar topics.
Still unconfirmed
Whether the content was authorised, how it was published, and whether any non-public data was affected.
Suggested next step
Ask the website provider to review publication records and recent changes, preserve relevant records, then handle any confirmed unauthorised content.

02 / VENUE WEBSITE

An old brand address redirected visitors to a gambling page

Read observation
Observed
The current business website still listed an old brand domain. Opening a page on that domain redirected the browser to an unrelated gambling site.
Still unconfirmed
Who currently owns the old domain and why it redirects. A retired or transferred domain is not, by itself, proof that the current business website was compromised.
Suggested next step
Check links on the current website first. Update obsolete links; if the domain is still managed by the business, review its redirect settings.

Method: normal browsing of public pages only; no login or vulnerability scanning. Findings describe what was visible on the observation date, not the websites’ current condition. Names and links are withheld to avoid directing visitors to the affected pages.

FAQ

Questions before you send an enquiry

What happens after I submit?

The system confirms when your enquiry is saved. The team then reviews publicly visible issues and sets out findings and next steps. Suitable enquiries may be offered a free 15-minute Google Meet after review, at a mutually arranged time.

What access do you need?

The initial review needs a public URL and a usable reply method, not passwords. Dashboard, hosting or private-file access requires owner authorization and an agreed scope and access method. Never submit credentials in the public form.

Can you work with our current website provider?

We can coordinate with your provider. We first agree responsibilities, access, backups and release arrangements to avoid conflicting changes.

How is a completed repair checked?

We check affected pages and functions against the written scope, document completed work and tests, and list any areas that remain unverified. External search platforms control when their warnings are updated.

What if a similar problem returns?

Share the time and symptoms so we can compare the issue with the original scope. The cause, coverage and any additional cost must be assessed; no automatic free warranty period is assumed.

How are prices and follow-up agreed?

Paid repair starts only after a written scope and quotation. Follow-up periods, response arrangements, maintenance frequency and additional development are specified individually. Ongoing maintenance is not automatically included.

Does a free review prove my site is safe?

No. It covers publicly observable information, not a full security audit or a guarantee that a site is clean. Findings distinguish confirmed observations from matters needing investigation.
