What are you experiencing?
- Searching for the business or its services does not show the expected pages.
- Organic search traffic has dropped.
- Important pages are missing from search results.
- Performance changed after a redesign, migration or URL change.
- Search results contain unexpected or potentially injected content.
- The website has never established meaningful search visibility.
These are symptoms to investigate, not proof of a penalty or an intrusion. A site with visitors but few enquiries may need clearer content, better usability or a simpler enquiry journey.
What we check
Visibility and affected pages
Use available evidence to identify the services, pages or searches affected and establish a comparison baseline.
Access and indexing settings
Check availability, indexing controls, canonical URLs and sitemaps. Intentionally excluded pages may be configured correctly.
Content and navigation
Review page titles, service explanations and internal links to help visitors understand the offer and find their next step.
Redesign and migration continuity
Check old URLs, redirects, content mappings and change records before attributing the change to a particular cause.
Mobile use and enquiry paths
Review navigation, loading behaviour and forms or WhatsApp paths that may prevent visitors from making an enquiry.
Security or manual-action evidence
Where relevant, inspect authorised Search Console reports. A traffic drop alone does not establish a security issue or manual action.
What you receive
- A documented baseline with data sources and gaps.
- Confirmed findings separated from hypotheses.
- An action plan prioritised by impact, urgency and dependencies.
- An agreed implementation scope, appropriate access and written quotation.
- Completed changes, validation results and outstanding follow-up recorded.
- A defined follow-up review and metrics where included in the quotation.
Initial understanding
The free review covers public observations and initial direction. It does not include a complete audit, private analytics review or implementation.
Diagnosis and fixes
Investigate in the agreed scope and implement authorised changes. Appropriate Search Console or analytics access can be arranged separately.
Ongoing improvement
Review content, search visibility and enquiry performance under a written plan, then agree the next priorities.
Never submit account passwords through the enquiry form.
From understanding to implementation
- Understand
- Check and prioritise
- Agree scope and quotation
- Implement
- Validate and follow up
We can implement agreed changes as well as document findings. Technical completion and subsequent search performance are assessed separately: deploying a fix does not mean immediate indexing or recovered rankings.
A traffic drop does not automatically require an urgent rebuild. Compare the affected pages and periods before choosing the response.
SEO review report format
Sample domain: example.invalid
No real client, ranking chart or traffic figures are used. No website has been investigated.
- Enquiry (example)
- An owner wants to understand limited service-page visibility after a redesign.
- Available evidence
- A real report lists public pages, change records and authorised data sources. None were collected for this demonstration.
- Confirmed / uncertain
- Observations and hypotheses are recorded separately. This example contains no technical finding or penalty diagnosis.
- Priorities
- Record the recommendation, reason, responsible person, access needed and validation method, based on actual evidence.
- Work and results
- Not performed. This is not evidence of a completed repair, traffic increase or ranking improvement.
It may need more than SEO — or less than a full rebuild.
A sound site may only need targeted changes. An outdated or difficult-to-maintain site may benefit from renovation. A business without a website needs planning and a new build.
Questions before you enquire
Does low traffic mean the site was hacked?
No. Search demand, content, technical settings and measurement can all affect the data. Security findings need supporting evidence.
Can you help a site that has never ranked well?
Yes. We first review the business, intended audience and service pages, then establish a useful baseline and assess how clearly the site answers customer needs.
What can be checked without Search Console?
Public pages, titles, links, accessibility and observable search results can be reviewed. Full indexing, performance and manual-action records require authorised data.
Can you work with our current provider?
Yes. We agree responsibilities, access, backups and launch arrangements in writing before changes.
Can you investigate a drop after a redesign?
Yes. Relevant evidence may include old and new URLs, redirects, content changes, launch dates and authorised search data.
Do we need a new website?
We assess which content, functions and structure can be retained. Targeted improvements may resolve the need without a complete rebuild.
How will progress be assessed?
First validate the agreed changes, then compare appropriate indexing, impressions, clicks or enquiry measures under the plan, recording data limits and observation periods.
Do you guarantee Google rankings?
No. We do not promise first-page positions, recovery by a fixed date or a guaranteed number of enquiries. We define the work, validation and follow-up instead.
Start with the situation, not a promised ranking

Technical reference:Google Search Central — traffic drops · Site moves · Choosing SEO help
Connect search visibility with real enquiries.
SEO work should extend beyond keywords. Andy reviews site structure, indexable content and search entry points. Jason can refine service-page hierarchy, mobile usability and contact routes so people who find the website can understand the offer and take the next step.
Clear roles for languages and regions.
For websites serving different markets, we review language versions, matching URLs, local service details and how pages relate. Each version should answer the questions its audience actually has, with content ownership agreed across the teams involved.
