What can a public review cover?
We use your URL and description to review what appears on public pages, document visible issues and identify follow-up questions. No password or dashboard login is needed.
Does a normal page mean the whole system is fine?
A public review has limits. An absence of visible issues does not mean private files, the database or every usage scenario have been examined. The review is not a security certification or a full system audit.
When does deeper investigation begin?
If private-system access is recommended, we first agree the owner’s authorization, scope and an appropriate access method. Do not enter passwords in the ordinary enquiry form.
What should I send?
- The full URL or domain.
- An email address where you can receive a reply.
- An optional description and the time of the issue.
A receipt confirms the enquiry has been saved. It does not mean the website review has been completed.
You choose the next step
The team sets out recommendations from the initial review. Deeper investigation or repair is quoted after review, so you can consider the scope and cost before proceeding.
